A tip? try recording your voice talking about things and letting your memories just freeflow, then re-listen to it and write what seems pertinent to you. A thought? Will this time consuming activity enhance your relationships with people and with God or would it take you away from that? (truly, just a question I was wondering, no hidden agendas or anything!)
