		<description>when i was doing schedules back in the days of crappy college jobs.. when someone gave me a &#039;i can&#039;t work on ___day &#039; requirement.. i&#039;d wait about two weeks.. then put them on the schedule for that day.. to see how serious they were

then if they complained.. i&#039;d take them off .. no problem
if they never said a word.. then i just put them on a normal schedule - just like everyone else</description>
